How to use the Omega EDirectory
Choose your area of interest from the five tabs across the top of the page.
Find a Hotel
The Find a Hotel tab allows you to search for a hotel based on the search criteria
you enter. Start by entering a city, state or zip code in one or more of the search
fields on the left side of the page, then click “Find”.
You can also click on the box next to the city search field or on the state search
field to display a list of available cities or states where hotels are located.
Hotel Results
The results page displays a list of area hotels that meets your search criteria.
Once the results are displayed there are four buttons within each listing available
for you to click on: Hotel Details, Reserve Now, and Email Details. Here you can
also select from the buttons on the bottom of the page to Print the listings
or begin a New Search.
Hotel Details displays more information about the hotel selected including
a photo, hotel description, amenities and a map with driving directions.
Use the side scroll bar to move up and down the display.
Reserve Now • Reserve Now provides information on who to contact to make
your reservations.
Email Details automatically populates your email with your selected hotel
information allowing you to send it to the contact of your choice.
The Reserve Now function is also available on More Details for those
hotels that have Enhanced Listings page plus a More Photos button.
Return to Hotel button on the bottom of the Hotel Details page takes
you back to the hotel listing page.
Print button will print the Hotel Details page as viewed on the screen
Updating the Directory
If new data is available an update message will appear when you open your directory.
You can choose to ignore the update or download the changes at a later date.
